1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, payment, booking, or obligation is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
2. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Magick Hands Bodyworks (“Sponsor”). Contest notifications and administrative emails may be sent through support@curlycrownenterprises.com on behalf of the Sponsor.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and who are legally able to receive massage services. Entrants must be able to redeem the prize with Magick Hands Bodyworks. Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of the Sponsor may be ineligible at the Sponsor’s discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Entry Period
The entry period begins when the contest entry page is published and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time. Entries submitted after the contest end date may be disqualified.
5. How to Enter
To enter, visit the contest entry page at https://contest.curlycrownenterprises.com and complete the official entry form with your name, phone number, optional email address, and the requested massage-related questions. All required fields must be completed accurately for an entry to be eligible.
6. Entry Limit
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries using the same phone number, email address, or other substantially similar identifying information may be rejected or disqualified. Automated, incomplete, fraudulent, or tampered entries are void.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive One (1) free 30 minute massage from Magick Hands Bodyworks with an approximate retail value of $90 Value. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Appointment availability, scheduling rules, intake requirements, and any health or safety screening requirements may apply. Massage services are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected at random from eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted after the contest ends from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The potential winner will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided on the entry form. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, is found ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at random.
9. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
10. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper administration of the giveaway. The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules, submits false information, tampers with the entry process, or acts in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.
11. Privacy
Information submitted through the entry form will be used to administer the giveaway, contact the winner, prevent duplicate entries, and communicate with entrants about the contest. Entry information may be stored for contest tracking and recordkeeping.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its representatives from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the giveaway, acceptance or use of the prize, technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any error in the administration of the giveaway, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize may constitute permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, likeness, and general location for promotional purposes related to the giveaway without additional compensation.
14. Instagram Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta.
